Integrated Yoga Workshop with Steve Kuehl

Continue your yoga journey with this hatha yoga sequence that integrates voice, breath, and stillness for a healing, 90-minute practice. Local yoga instructor Steve Kuehl facilitates this renewing workshop. Get your yoga on!

Online Community Yoga Class

2nd and 4th Mondays: 6 to 6:50 p.m.

Group class, 50 minutes, FREE!

(Max 30 students, Sign Up is required, Sign In closes at 6 p.m. at the start of class.)

CYWM In-Person Community Yoga at the Watermen's Museum

1st and 3rd Mondays: classes are at 6 p.m. or 7:10 p.m. start times

In-person group classes, 50 minutes

Sign up online and pay conveniently online or pay when you come to class.

There is a 12 student limit to the 7:10 class.


Online 1 to 2 person class

$10-$20

1-2 person, 30 minutes $10 each

1-2 person, 60 minutes $20 each

Students receive one-on-one or one-on-two direct instruction. These can be biweekly, monthly, or one time only. Jill will give direct instruction and cues and will follow up with a weekly tips for daily practice. After the first session, sequences are customized for student needs. Chair yoga is available.
